SOCIAL FACILITIES ARE RISING IN KONAKLI SPORTS COMPLEX.
While the work was continuing at full speed on the Konaklı Sports Complex, which is planned to be the largest sports facility in the region, Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel followed the concrete casting process of the social facility building and inspected the project area. Work continues at full speed on the sports complex project of Alanya Municipality teams, located in Elikesik, Konaklı District, and planned on an area of 200,000 m². Mayor Yücel, who brought sports activities to a new era with his investments in the field of sports, examined the ongoing works at Konaklı Sports Complex on site.
Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, who examined the project implementation area with Alanya Municipality Deputy Mayor Özgür Karamut, stated that they aim to complete the complex as soon as possible.
A GIANT SPORTS FACILITY IS BEING BUILT IN KONAKLI
The sports complex project, planned on an area of approximately 200 thousand m² in Konaklı District Elikesik Locality and designed to accommodate many national and international sports organizations, will be the largest sports complex in the region. The first phase of the project, which is planned to be built in 3 stages in total, includes 1 main court, a tennis field consisting of 5 side courts, a football field for 2,500 people, football training fields consisting of 2 full fields and 1 half field, a social facility and an athlete accommodation building.
Ground + 3 STORIES, 45 ROOMS, 100 PERSON ACCOMMODATION FACILITY
Within the scope of the project, the construction of the social facility has started and the concrete casting process of the first floor deck continues. There are 3 thousand square meters of seating area and a total of 4 thousand square meters of usage area within the social facility. Additionally, the building includes 45 rooms for 100 people, conference and meeting rooms, a restaurant and cafeteria, an administrative unit, and indoor and outdoor social and sports areas.
A VELODROME, SWIMMING POOL AND ATHLETIC STADIUM WILL BE BUILT
In the first phase of the project, there are bicycle, walking and jogging paths, open sports and event areas, and car parks to meet the needs of the complex. The second phase of the project includes the athletics stadium and velodrome. In the third stage, the indoor gym and indoor swimming pool sections will be implemented.

Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, who inspected the area, made the following statements while giving information about the project; “We are happy to lay the foundation of the largest sports complex in the region. We laid the foundations of our social facilities in an area of 200,000 m². We are providing Alanya with an area that includes social facilities, cafes, restaurants, administrative sections, 45 rooms and accommodation for 100 people, and can serve all teams, both for accommodation and camping. In addition, our facility will include football and training fields, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, indoor sports complexes and Olympic pools. When completed, this place will be the largest sports facility in the region and will be able to host all national and international organizations for years. Our Alanya deserves this very much. Because Alanya is now the capital of sports. Everything is for our youth, who are the guarantee of our future. I already hope that this facility will bring good luck to our region and Alanya.”
